We will be arriving 14th November. really looking forward to it.

Is it possible to stay in the same Beach Bungalow this year? We really liked that side of the island.

We are coming to your island in November 2nd – 18th for 15 nights & very much looking forward to it!

Please can you confirm that you do have the internet available for your guests & if there is a cost for it.

My father is ill & need to keep in touch with home.

It is our Anniversary on the 7th Nov & my husband has read that you can go to an island on your own, is this possible & how much will it cost please.

Also would it be possible to pre book the date?

we are looking to book our holiday to your island next year in july could you please tell me what the differences  bewteen the accommadations you have. do they all have tv's, are they all on one level, are they detatched what ammenities do they have, etc do you have any photos of accommadation inside and out

Had the best time ever!,ppl were so helpfull and friendy always had a for us. The whole place was amazing and so tidy,even if the leaves did fall heavy they were always sweeping them up,the animals on ths island were just lovely too see everyday even if half were shy lol.My fav was lazy the coloured little parrot i so wanted to bring him home with me,i have 2 greys and would have loved him too.the food was out of this world amazing and wide choice too,never got bored eating there was so much to try out!. all the staff were very kind and helpfull,overall the whole hoilday was 100% spot on and i shall be returning for 2 weeks nxt time.

You asked about the accommodation on siv. Most are beach bungalows only a few steps from the ocean. They are basic but have all you need. The room boys clean them twice aday. There are a few water bungalows but i myself prefer the beach bungalows. I would recomend rooms 54-62. It will be my 12 year there this year and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Hope you enjoy it as much has us.

Hi Richard. Your question about your return from siv. On the day of leaving you will be taken to the capital Male where you will be allocated a room in a hotel for a few hours. I have done this trip for the last 11 years. There you will have time to wonder round Male. There nice places to eat also, last year we went to a Thai restraunt it was really good and only cost around £10, there was so much food we could not eat it all. At around 23.00 hours you will be picked up by taxi and taken to the harbor to get the boat to the airport. I hope i have answered your question, and hope you enjor your stay on siv. Lesley

Hi there, I have a question. My wife and I will be on holiday in Summer island from 21st of June for 10 days. We will fly with Emirates from Glasgow, via Dubai. and are very much looking forward to the holiday

On the way home the departure time from Male is around 2.30am. How/ when do we get to Male? do the boats travel in the dark?? If we have the seaplane connection does it tavel in the dark?

Hi everyone, have just booked for Christmas, already really excited were arriving on 17th. Weve been to Dhonveli previously and love the natural beauty of the Maldives. No butlers and room service needed for us.

Were bringing our children 16 and 4 dont worry their very well behaved and love the water/beach/ books/sand etc etc. wouldnt use a kids club even if there was one!

Were flying Sri lankan airways, has anyone used them before?

Returning to SIV on 18 October 2010 with 2 of our friends John & Val who we met at the island 4 years ago.

Looking forward to meeting to meeting up with all the old staff and of course Timmy the heron.

HI, we are a little family from Germany, where the winter never ends... and are so excited to enjoy your wonderful paradise from 30. March to 8. April. auf Empfehlung sind wir ab dem 13.04. für 14 Tage zum ersten Mal auf SIV. Wir freuen uns wahnsinnig darauf. Wir sind schon total gespannt, ob es wirklich so toll wird wie die meisten schreiben. Wir kommen aus Hannover genauer aus Pattensen. Zufällig jemand zu der Zeit auch dort vor Ort?

Und wir,die beiden Rösrathis, sind auch total happy, ab dem 13. März das Paradies geniessen zu dürfen :-)
